This trail is our favourite waterfall trail in NSW. packed with action and the amazing waterfalls of the Macquarie Rivulet, this is an adventure you will not forget!
The Details:
🗓When: Sunday 22 December
⏰Time: Walk departs 8:00am (so please aim to be there at 745am as there is no reception to let us know if you are running late, parking is also limited)
🧭Meet at: Clover Hill Trail Carpark (this may overflow to street, or you could park at the lower carpark and walk up)
😎Difficulty: Moderate, (whilst not long, this walk has some slippery spots and creek crossings)
🗺Length: 7km, 4-5 hours including swimming, photos and lunch breaks
🥾Hiking boots: advantageous, CLOSED TOE SHOES ARE ESSENTIAL
⛰Fitness level: moderate
🚻Toilets: There are no toilets on or near this walk. please utilise the toilets in Albion park square before hand or bring a snap lock bag and tissues just in case
What to bring:
💊essential medication (eg. Ventolin, Epi Pen)
💧2 litres of water (minimum, its summer!)
⏹A small towel in case you get wet, this is also good for sitting on at lunch.
🥪Food for lunch plus your favourite snacks
🧥A warm top/jacket plus a Raincoat/poncho or similar depending on the weatherman! as this walk is in shady rainforest, you may feel cold even on a very hot day after a swim.
Optional:
📱Battery pack and cord for your phone (flat batteries when you want to take photos suck!)
🥢walking poles if you have them
